This classy Volkswagen was right at home in the Morel booth. Morel had everyone’s attention with its incredibly shallow Virtus Nano two-way and three-way speaker solutions. The 6.5-inch Nano and Carbon Nano woofers are only 0.67 inch deep.

Escort Radar had this awesome Ford GT40 in its booth. The car is, of course, equipped with an Escort MAX CI 360 radar detector and laser defense system.

Kenwood had samples of its KFC-XP6903C and KFC-XP6902C components sets for 6×9 applications. The KFC-XP6903C includes a 6×9-inch woofer and 3.5-inch coaxial speaker, while the KFC-XP6902C uses the same woofer and a 2-inch wide-band driver. These are a great value upgrade for Chevrolet, Dodge and Toyota vehicles.

Radenso showed its Pro M, XP and SP portable radar detectors along with the RC M custom-installed detector with AL Priority laser-defense integration.

Aurigin, the distributor for Hybrid Audio and Zapco, had this beautiful Porsche 911 in its booth. Hybrid launched a new shallow-mount 6.5-inch woofer called the U6-S that has a mounting depth of only 1.65 inches. Zapco showed its ST-6X 6x100W Class AB amplifier with an integrated 8-channel DSP.

The Directed Electronics DS4 platform is a remote car starter and security platform that makes integration easy and reliable. More than 94% of vehicles on the road are compatible.

The guys from Aquatic AV showed a new powered subwoofer with an integrated four-channel amplifier and Bluetooth audio streaming. The system works with their wired marine remote or it can be controlled exclusively by a smartphone.

Race Sport Lighting had one of the brightest displays at the show. They had samples of their LED strips, headlight retrofits, accents lights and LED cubes and light bars on display.

Metra’s new TE-JEEP-BU-2 Jeep Wrangler Backup camera bolts directly to the spare tire and integrates with the factory display on 2007 through 2018 applications. The camera can also be used with aftermarket source units. The TE-FORD-SV-1 includes a pair of cameras for the side view mirrors of 2015 through 2017 Ford F-150 pickup trucks to make it easy to see what’s in the lane beside you.

Rockford Fosgate and iDatalink partnered to create the DSR1 digital processor and integrate it with the factory-installed audio system in select Fiat Chrysler America, Lexus, Toyota, Subaru and Volkswagen applications.
